Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Returning an Item

Items should be returned in their original, unused condition unless faulty. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and reference.

2. Fitment Issues

If you believe the covers do not fit your seats properly, please contact us with:

  • Your vehicle make, model and year
  • Photos of your seats
  • Photos showing how the covers fit

We will confirm whether you have the correct set and guide you on next steps.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us promptly with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued. Refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method.

5. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days after we receive cleared payment. Dispatch times may be longer during busy periods.

6. Delivery Costs

  • UK Delivery: £5.00
  • International Delivery: £50.00

Outbound postage fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the incorrect product was sent.

7. Customs Charges for International Orders

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT and import fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or postage costs, and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
